Jesse W. Jackson III is one of America’s foremost professional counselors and educators in the areas of the affects of the father absence and prison prevention. Dr. Jackson is an internationally recognized male personal development expert, consultant, speaker, and international best-selling author. His organization has trained thousands of men, professional staff and parent groups worldwide. Dr. Jackson has authored twenty books, five of which have become international bestsellers, including the male development classics; The Best Man, Divorce Is Not An Option, I’m Tired Of Being Broke, The Right Woman, The Wrong Man, and Success Or Failure: Teachers Are The Difference.
Dr. Jackson holds master’s and doctorate degrees in counseling from Wayne State University and Trinity Institute, respectively. Dr. Jackson has been in private practice since 1998. As a keynote speaker, seminar leader and licensed professional counselor, Dr. Jackson addresses more than 100,000 people each year. He has excelled in helping school districts and organizations find effective solutions to keep male students in the classroom and improve academic and social achievement.
Over the past year, Dr. Jackson has been providing guidance and rehabilitation treatment for incarcerated youth throughout the country. Dr. Jackson has founded the M.A.N. School and the Black Male Success Academy, a private clinical treatment program developed to rehabilitate and meet the specific needs of adjudicated black boys and men ages 12 to 21. Over the past year, Dr. Jackson has been providing guidance for collegiate and professional athletes throughout the country in the areas of marriage, domestic violence, alcohol and drug abuse, sexual misconduct, and violent criminal conduct.
Dr. Jackson is currently consulting and providing professional development training for government and human service agencies throughout the United States. Dr. Jackson focuses on improving the workplace environment, customer service, the productivity and leadership skills of the 21st century employee and workplace leader.
